Xtreme Gear Club (XGC) proudly to announce that there will be a trip to Redang Island this coming June for XGC member's. Details are as below:

Location: Redang Island
Date: 12-15 June 2009
Fees: RM370 only

Last Registration Date: 24/5/2009
Deposit: 50%

Depart From Melaka: 8.30pm - 12/6/2009

HOW TO PLACE ORDER

Step 1:

Choose and identify all the items you want to order.

Step 2:

Please read and agree with the terms and condition first before you place order.

Step 3:

E-mail all the items that you have list down to xtreme.gear@yahoo.com

Step 4:

Wait for the admin reply.

Step 5:

Reconfirm your items and make payment.

Step 6:

E-mail your information (Name, Address, Tel. No.) along with the proof of payment and the confirmation of items to admin.

Step 7:

Admin will verify your payment, items and information before it being shipping out.

Step 8:

You will received a post tracking no. from admin via e-mail.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Item(s) order depend to the availability of stock and first come first serve basis. There's a few items cannot be shipped out (contact admin to know the list of items that cannot be shipped out).

2) Order will be canceled after 5 days of no reply from the customer. (Starting from the day admin reply the first e-mail).

3) Not receiving any e-mail is not the responsibility of admin.

4) Item(s) only will be shipped out after admin have verify the payment.

5) Proof of payment is not 100% confirmed admin received the payment. Admin will not responsible to any lost of money transaction in the middle of payment being made.

6) Item(s) will be check and test first before it being shipped out.

7) Admin will not responsible to any of wrong order, item(s) broken or lost in the middle of shipment and late shipment due to the problem of postal agency.

8) Admin consider that you are agree with all the terms and conditions and put 100% trust to admin on item(s) checking before it shipped out.

SHIPPING & HANDLING COST

1) Post Laju (Peninsular Malaysia):

Less than 500gm = RM10
More than 500gm = Via admin quote

2) Post Laju (Sabah & Sarawak):

Less than 500gm = RM15
More than 500gm = Via admin quote

3) Registered Post (Peninsular Malaysia):

Less than 500gm = RM5
More than 500gm = Via admin quote

4) Registered Post (Sabah & Sarawak):

Less than 500gm = RM10
More than 500gm = Via admin quote

5) Express Post (Pos Ekspres):

Peninsular Malaysia = RM6
Sabah & Sarawak = RM6
